<BLOCKQUOTE><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial">quote:</font><HR>"I stand in support of this common sense legislation to license everyone who wishes to purchase a gun. I also believe that every new handgun sale or transfer should be registered in a national registry, such as Chuck [Schumer] is proposing." - Hillary Clinton
<BLOCKQUOTE><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial">quote:</font><HR>"I just haven't seen a plan that I think is workable," he said. "I think if we have smart gun technology, which is now already developed, it's just a matter of bringing costs down so that it's economically feasible where you have only the person who owns the gun who can shoot the gun." - Rick Lazio
Both of these quotes were taken from the above referenced article.

Bluesman...thanks for the reminder ;). Lazio is 'Not Clinton', therefore he has a chance. Not as bad a hold 'the nose' vote as Rudy would have been.

"New Yorkers screwed" - ?

This is the Senate, which means we're all screwed. One of these 2 idiots will be making national policy.

Sooner or later, the Dems will controll the Houses again, and we're done for.

That's why RKBA folk better move the arguments to those that attract the middle of the political spectrum and stop just preaching to the choir.
