NRA's Position on the death penalty

Hi, Hopefully someone can help me - PLEASE!! I am doing a research paper for American National Government and I need to know the NRA's stand on the death penalty - can anyone point me in the correct direction?? Any help at all would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks

Have you visited the NRA web site?

From what I know, though I don't pay close attention to this issue in NRA publications; the NRA supports the death penalty for capital crimes.
