Has NRA membership increased since the President tryed to force the NRA leadership in submission......does anyone know?

The NRA has released multiple media reports saying that membership has increased over 100K since December.

Additionally, various other pro gun groups are reporting an increase in their memberships as well.

out of curiosity, have the numbers changed in the anti gun groups? I'm willing to bet they have not changed at all as the NRA's gets stronger

I sent the NRA some duckets!!! They are all we have! The wealthier the NRA, the more they can lobby and cut deals with the devil!

All I can say is that it prompted me to upgrade my membership to "Life Member" a week ago.

I suspect its a safe bet that their numbers most definitely have increased.

Question: The media keep saying that the NRA represent gun manufacturers. This is a lie, I know, the firearms industry has its own, ACTUAL lobbying group. Anyone know what its called? I forgot. I want to have the facts to refute claims that the NRA is the gun industry's lobby.

I guess they don't represent them. They do represent their interests.

Let me clarify that. The NRA hires lobbyists to represent the NRA. The NRA represents lots of people and gun makers and other groups.

Gun makers hire lobbyists too on their own to represent the interests of the company more directly.

I have heard it on local news reports. They'll say things to the effect of 'The NRA, a lobby group for gun companies, etc....'

NRA membership has risen by 250,000 in the last month.

You can add another memeber to that as of today.

In addition to re-upping my memebership, instead my yearly $35 dollars to Duck's Unlimited I sent that money to the NRA-ILA.
