AHA! It ain’t what you expected.

Here’s a ...POLL

The NRA current TV spot shows England’s gun grab and the guns all stuck to the
electromagnet ready to be turned into Cream of Colt soup. To my thinking, this is
preaching to the pulpit and is in fact good news and a welcome sight to the anti gun
faction.

Which would you rather see?

a. That NRA spot repeated over and over.

or

b. A spot showing the Columbine High School event and a half hour of interviews with
remorseful kids who have used guns badly. And with it, a good, basic firearms safety
segment that could be taped for viewing with the family and an offer of a FREE safety
tape and some FREE trigger locks for anyone joining the NRA.

I think some free safety stuff would make us look better to the uninformed public than a
bullet keychain from Charlton Heston.

Okay, now slap me around some more. Heh.
