NRA membership increasing by 8000 per day

Hopefully it's gotten some people thinking about which side they are really on. The sure way to lose what you have is to do nothing to protect it.
 
On the Life Member note-

Current Life members can sponsor standard members, and get them significantly reduced dues for the upgrade. (It was $300 earlier in the year, and I haven't heard of it going back up to the standard $500.)
 
Let's hope the majority of them are becoming Life Members. Their 'buddy payment plan' worked well for me a long time ago

I'm sort of 50/50 on that.
I don't up for life simply because I believe it makes more of a "statement" to join when it makes more of an impact.

The current topic of this thread is a good example.
 
Not being offensive or abusive, just trying to point out the importance.
Its only 25.00. Do you realize that if you loose your 2nd amendment you will loose more rights in the future.
Please reconsider if you can join.
 
I have joined and left the NRA a number of times because of the constant pleas for more money.

I found that you can opt to be "Not Promoted" and that will keep the barrage of letters down.

When I did that, I became a life member.

I really do appreciate what they do and there is no one that stands up for the Second Amendment like they do.

I know what you are saying . But to someone who has not been able to work in a year $25 is like $2500 .
