NRA-ILA posts reports on Congress - without HR-1703

Yet again, the NRA continues to ignore HR-1703, even while they are highlighting other pro-gun bills with low chance of passing. On the NRA-ILA website, they list all sorts of bills, but HR-1703 is not there. http://nra-ila.org/ is the URL for the site if any of you care.

I have fired of a short inquiry, but if you want to call and ask, they'll care more about your voice.

I have read the NRA website's Federal Round-Up with great interest, however, despite me not being an American citizen, I have found that you have missed a key bill ? HR-1703 by Representative Ron Paul. Why has it been missed and can you add it to the site?
