NRA Holster

I see nobody has responded, so here's my extremely limited knowledge response!:p

Looks to me like the gun would move fore/aft a lot, being only supported in one place (like a pivot). I would be concerned about retention with the slide style holsters.

My advice is worth every penny!:D

My local (read only, within 125 miles) shop sells them and the owner carries a Kimber compact carry in it. I purchased one for a small 9mm that I have and for quick runs to the store or car carry it works fine. As for all day CC, i would stick with something significantly more secure. I have the Don Hume 517 SOOT. It is a 2 strap IWB leather holster. Only downside is no cant, but it is molded specifically to the firearm. Under $40 on Gunners Alley website. It works great for me and the price was right.

I don't like holsters that have more than one position for carry. In my experience, none of them are ideally executed. Universal fit holsters tend to be the same in my experience. Not ideal for any handgun, but tolerable for a few.
