It's a single layer belt. It might hold up well at first, but I'm guessing it won't last very long before it starts breaking down and sagging.
If you want a gun belt, don't cheap out. Make the investment in one that will last or otherwise you'll be surprised how many $25 belts you keep buying.
And yes, I speak from example. My first belt was a $50 belt. It lasted about a year. My second belt was $100 but it's already lasted twice as long.
