If you or someone you know would be interested, on 6/29/02 PDT will be offering the NRA Basic Pistol class at Southriver Gun Club in Covington, GA : This course provides a new shooter with a hands-on experience where the student will learn safe firearm handling, methods of operating different types of pistols, ammunition and its function, shooting fundamentals, firearms selection, cleaning and storage of firearms. This 10 hour course offers a solid base upon which a student can safely build their shooting skills and includes several hours of actual shooting time on the range. All course materials including firearms, ammunition and targets will be provided. A certificate of training will be awarded to all participants who successfully complete the course. Student/instructor ratio will be no more than 5:1.
Cost is $75 per person or $125 for two.
