Actually the best idea is this :
) THey have to pay any postage for a package up to 70 pounds. Get a box and put something heavy in in. Gravel will do. Mail it back to them and use the postage paid envelope as the label. THey have to pay for it.
Yes it is underhanded and sneaky but Man it is fun.
