The USSC, in end of session rulings, among other things, overturned a Nebraska law prohibiting "partial birth abortions". Similar laws in 29 other states are obviously called into question by this ruling.
One of the problems found by the court, as mentioned, was the following: That the term partial birth abortion, "was not a medical term", rather it was one coined by anti abortionists. The term was obviously, quickly picked up by "media" too, perhaps for it's emotional impact value.
Anyone ever hear the terms Saturday Night Special, or Cop Killer Bullets. These terms are not "technical terms" or "ordinance terms" or "armament terms" either. They are all creatures of The Anti Gun Lobby and or Media, which is also anti-gun,and they ooze emotion.
I believe that the relationship between the two situations is obvious. Should it escape anyone's understanding, just think about it a little.
