Not carrying for awhile

I just spent 3 weeks of june in Sao Paulo Brazil. Its not highly safe by US standards.
I didn’t carry, didn’t even have a gun.
I wasn’t too bothered buy it, I didn’t miss my gun much.
In fact, It was somehow pleasant being rid of it for a few weeks.
But I wasn’t home 10 minutes and I had them out of their cases and put in their usual spots, including on me.
Wonder what the rush was?

Probably the recognition that driving 1000 miles without your seatbelt fastened doesn't prove they are an unnecessary safety feature... :)

Maybe the news report about the referee who stabbed a player in Sao Paulo caught up with you? That's not all. The player died and his friends rushed the field, stoned the ref to death, quartered his body, and then beheaded him and stuck his head on a spike in the middle of the soccer field...

"Open borders" my ARs!
