Not a New Idea, But...

I'm sure this is not original, but I have been experimenting with using velcro on the front straps of a number of pistols.

I'm using the hook side, not the furry side and it seems to work well for me. It provides a firm grip without being sticky.

I wonder if anyone else has done this with other materials????

You have to be there when it's all over. Otherwise you can't say "I told you so."

Better days to be,

Try using strips of skateboard tape, this can be found in most hardware stores by the bathroom section. This is a standard practice on IPSC guns, it gives a great grip on the frontstrap and is easily, cheaply replaced.

Well, I've always used skateboard or sports grip tape, but I like your idea as well. Have a bunch of sticky-back velcro on a roll, so Ill give it a shot! :) Thanks for the tip.
