MCKINNEY CITY COUNCIL

The City of McKinney continues to consider a draft ordinance which threatens the
continued operation of the Collin County Gun Range. Please visit http://www.ccgunrange.com/alert.html for the latest update.

FORT WORTH CITY COUNCIL

The full Fort Worth City Council will hear testimony and vote on the issue of
leasing city owned facilities for gun shows. This meeting will be held at
1000 Throckmorton in Ft. Worth on Tuesday, August 8 at 7pm. This is a public
meeting and your attendance is urged. Both sides of this issue have strong
feelings. Please be polite and respectful of the governmental process. Letters,
e-mail and calls are important particularly if you are from Ft. Worth, Tarrant
County, or have specific business at Ft. Worth gun shows. If you are a
resident of the city, please write, email or call to your City Councilman and
include your name, address and phone number.

This lets the City Council know that it's their constituents that are contacting
them, the people that THEY work for.

For instance the three councilmen who want to ban gun shows are Wendy Davis,
Ralph McCloud, and Becky Haskins. They believe they are representing the best
interests and the wishes of their constituents.

If you are their constituent, they need to know. Please pass this on.

It's important.

Looks like the city of Mckinney is trying to play a waiting game. They got their ears hammered on the noise thing and now they are trying to find a way out. this is gonna get uglier by the day. I knew when I hadnt seen anything in the news or the local paper that something was up.

If McKinney and Ft. Worth are in north Texas where are Lubbock and Amarillo? :) You folks out there in east Texas need to look at a compass.

RKBA!
