I recently had to send my NAA, .22mag back to NAA because of failure to fire problems. Well that was last week, and I got home today and to my much surprise it was returned repaired. Wow, it feels like a new gun.
NAA had to replace the Main Spring and the Magnum Hand Aft, cost of the parts $11.00 before labor.
To my surprise, NO payment due for the parts or labor. They also cleaned and polished the pistol *looks like it came straight out of the box*. Now that is customer service. I am a happy man tonight. Thank you NAA, you have made me a customer for life.
