Norinco AK Hunter?

I've seen one or two of these lately and am really considering getting one.
They are used guns and I don't think they are imported anymore.
Fixed stock, real PC with a plain barrel and no bayonet lug.
Take Hi-cap mags (so I've been told).

I want a fixed stock AK and for the money ($350) I think I would rather have an all Norinco AK rather than the parts guns I see out there now.

Any experience with them or advice would be great.

Thanks,

I came pretty close to buying one of these back in 92 as my first rifle, but opted instead for a used HK SL-6 for a hundred bucks more. Later that year (yes, deep in the fever), I bought a Norinco Mak90 and have been very pleased with it, despite its rust-prone blued finish.

Personally, I'd go with a more traditional style AK, like one of the Romanian AK-74's from Classic Arms or one of the Bulgarians. I understand that the Bulgarian company Arsenal has set up shop in the US and is now making high quality US-Made AKs on their tooling, with their imported workers.
