Noob question

Not sure this is posted in the correct soot but here it goes.

Im looking at these 2 items. A complete upper and lower. Are these pretty much just put them together, add a rear sight and mag and im good to go? Thanks

Yes, they should work fine together.
If they don't, then it's on PSA.
You will also need to test the set up
with quality, brass cased ammo.
