I have spent the day in Hog Heaven. I finally got my new copy of Bill Jordan's book. It is an American classic and everyone should read it.It is available again from www.deltapress.com I strongly recommend it.

I've got a SIGNED copy, a possesion I'm very proud of!
 
Bill Jordan's book is excellent, and what is particularly interesting is that it was written some time ago, but is still relevant today. Another classic which still applies is Elmer Keith's "SIXGUNS". Anyone without these books has a major gap in their library.
 
I have an autographed first edition of Bill's book that I just dug out to read again. Saw a copy of Keith's Sixguns at the last gun show but thought the $65. was better spent on ammo.

Try Amazon.com for SIXGUNS, and for Keith's other books. If they don't have it, they will look for it. It's been in and out of print a few times.
