NJ Guns Store - Who is the largest?

I'm looking for the largest NJ gun store. Specifically, the one with the largest revolver selection.

Anyone have any information on it?

Of the ones I've visited, there are good selections at Cheyenne Mountain and Sportsman's - both on Route 130 in the stretch from 206 to 195 (Robbinsville area). Butch's in Vineland is also good.

I wouldn't worry about selection unless you are looking only for USED guns. Almost any dealer in NJ would be happy to order whatever you want from a wholesaler or manufacturer. I've bought from two shops local to me, both of which are teensy-tiny little places, and not one gun I've bought was something that they had in stock. If it was generally available, however, they often had it shipped in for me in 1-3 days.

There are gun stores in New Jersey??
I thought that mob controled Communist hell hole was a gun free state???

beequick, so I guess you won't be coming over to our side of the Delaware for liquor or cheap gas anymore :)

Things are a little rough for gun owners in NJ but the politicians have felt our bite often enough that they try to tread cautiously. Corzine signed the "one handgun a month" law, you see what happened to him.
Ray's in Scotch Plains always had a big handgun selection but they closed a year ago or so. Efinger's in Bound Brook usually has a good high quality selection, as does Rutgers Gun and Boat in Highland Park and Sarco in Stirling-they deal mainly in milsurps but usually have some good commercial pieces.

Yes there are still a few of us in the Garden State that actually have some firearms. In addition gunowners in NJ actually get a break from the government, there is no sales tax on gun safes in NJ. Seems there is more fear from having any guns get loose than making money on sales tax.

Yes, there are gun stores in NJ.

Did you know there are over 800,000 gun owners in NJ?

In any case, depends where in NJ you are and if you know what you are looking for.

If you know what you are looking for, http://www.njgunforums.com/index.php?option=com_ckforms&view=ckforms&id=2&Itemid=11

Fill out what you want, and it will go to the dealers. Any of them can get you what you want.

If you want used, then go visit the stores. Cheyenne mountain (formerly Harry's) has at least a case full of revolvers. If going there, also worth going to Sportsman's Center just south of there on Rt 130. They are both on the northbound side.

If you do not know what you want, check out njgunforums.com/

Groups are both in north jersey and central jersey. Just come out with us to shoot, and the forum members will be more than happy to bring their revolvers for you to try.

It's rather funny reading all the misconceptions about guns and gun owners in New Jersey. I have several good friends who live there and have all sorts of handguns and rifles. They never seem to have all the problems you would suspect they would have if you read anything about NJ on the interwebz.

Granted it's not like living in Virginia, or Vermont, or any of the other more gun free states, but it's not like Chicago or NYC either.
