I recently purchased a nikon bdc recticle rifle hunter for my inline muzzle loader. Will I have problems using the other recticles for 100 , 150 , 200 and 300 yds??? please help!

The short answer is

Shoot it at those yardages and see how well it does.

I am sure if you are going for 200/300 yard shots you will want to use 3 of the pellets (if that is what you load) or a powder charge larges than you normally use for 100 yards. But you will want to use the same powder charge for all ranges.

If you go on Nikons website you can enter your load details in the spot on ballistics calculator and it will tell you what range the BDC's will hit at. But make sure you actually shoot it at those ranges to verify the validity.

It will not be on at those ranges. You can play with the zero range and get it to work for your load. I you change the zero to 50 yards and check the bdc at 100, 150 and 200, you should be close. All depends on what powder charge/bullet weight combo you use. Adjust the zero to different yardages and see what works for your scope.

Also if it is a variable power scope then the power setting will also change the bdc marks. The subtension changes with the power setting. That means that the distance between marks at 100 yards will grow or shrink with changes to the magnification setting on the scope. Figure out what zero you want for the main crosshair and shoot at the next distance out. Hold the main crosshair at a high point on the target. After the shot put the crosshair back on the point of aim and locate the bullet hole. You can adjust the power setting until the bdc marks line up with the bullet hole. If not adjust the zero distance and do it again. Using these two methods you can customize the bdc for your gun. Works with shotguns and 22lr as well.
