Nightsights in P7 Refurb?

Does anyone know if Meprolight Night Sights can be installed in a P7 refurb? I have heard that the refurbs can only take the indivdual vial of Tritium and must be sent away to do this. I want to install nitesites, as 1) they are useful and 2) I have heard that the refurbs often lose the white dot insert on the sites. I am in Hawaii I don't care to ship off island. Local dealer has the Meps (full site, not inserts), but as I dont take delivery until next Friday I wont know until then. Will they fit?

If the Meprolights you are purchasing are for a P7M8 they should fit. I think you push them in from the left side of the gun...the side opposite from the ejection port but I'm not certain. Good Luck. Is "MPower" an indication that you are a BMW addict? I have made a deposit one of the new M3's and hope that BMW gets around to producing them soon!

Thanks for the feedback Jeff. Yes I am a fellow M3er. I have a E30 M3 and am contemplating a new Mcoupe. New M3 looks awesome (350HP!) but overly refined (for my taste) like the wonderful M6. Enjoy and join BMWCCA!
 
They should be able to drill out the vials and insert night site vials.
