Night Hunting Sights for Ruger REDHAWK

Ok, Im going to South Carolina for a hog hunt- I can hunt at night with a head lamp and pistol
I am looking at a ruger redhawk in .44 mag either that or a super Redhawk-- both would be 7.5 barrel---

the rules say no scopes -- Iron sights only-- I called em and they said a red dot would be ok----

So, any advice ? should I mount a millet sp1-- stick with iron-- or go with night Iron sights?

thanks

You will probley need to install a lanyard also. Dropped Pistols are hard to find at night after the Hog has scared the heck out of You.

Night sights would be of little value if you have a headlight on.
Iron sights are all you need, maybe a fiber optic front.

You would be better off getting some Depends for when
a big boar comes out of the brush and charges you and you
crap your pants.
