NIB S&W 342Ti for $400 - good deal or not?

A local gun shop has got at S&W 342 (Alum/Titanium Airlite in .38+P) on clearance for $400 plus tax. Is this a good deal? It would probably be about $435 out the door for me.

If I ended up wanting to sell it, what would it go for used? Anyone have a blue book and willing to look it up?

That's not a bad price if you want it. I believe dealer cost on it is around $480.00. I've got one without the scratch on the side(the lock). I 've carried a centennial of one sort since 1990 and would not be without one.
