NGA ammo experience

Are you in the wrong forum? Should this be in auto pistols?

I've used the 7.62 X 25 in my CZ 52 and my Tokarev. No real malfs like stovepipes, double feeds, or failures to feed but very hard primers. 5 out of 50 in the CZ, and 4 out of 50 in the Tok took 2 strikes to fire. One of them in the Tok took 4 strikes!
 
I actually have their rifle cartridges 223 and 7.62*39 in mind....but I won't be surprised these have hard primers as well. Are they steel cased and steel jacketed rounds? Are they reloadable?
