NG attacked at border?

So where is CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS??? You can bet your ass IF our NG had shot & killed one of them, it would all over the news!!!
 
The press and the government don't care about this. They are encouraging it. As I understand it. Illegals only have to work 18 months to qualify for social security, we have to work for 10 years. More people in the US are killed by illegals each year than soldiers in Iraq each year.

Invasion by Mexico? Either way they are rewarded for felonious behavior. US citizens will do nothing, unless they want to go to jail. Be proud of your country we earned this.

Learn to speak espanol it is your new language. Viva Republica del Norte! Think that it won't happen. Look at AZ,CA,NM,NV and TX. That is for the year 2000. Those percentages are even higher now. 4-5 States are lost to the invaders. Politicians on both sides only see new voters. The problem is not at the border. The problem is at the Capitol.

Well Spanish was my first language so I won't have a problem. :)

Ten years versus eighteen months? Is that accurate? As far as the Iraq figure you could also say more people are killed by guns every year than killed in Iraq. Let's not forget that illegals don't vote. Last but not least, the problem does need to be solved.

I'm all for open immigration and closed borders. This nation needs cheap labor. Our economy only thrives when there is an influx of people spending the money that is being created. It's a melting pot of cultures, not just white anglicans so any and all additions are welcome. Just make it a lot harder to get here illegally than it is to get here legally. Let not one individual cross into the US without being checked, only limit incomers to having clean records and no communicable diseases and let business owners hire whoever the hell they damn well please.

My only issue with that is that walls are just as good at keeping things in as keeping things out. If I one day want to go to drive to Mexico without being hassled I don't think I'll be able to.

Recall that mantra that ends in " tomorrow we vote" . The children of those illegals will vote. They chose to fly the Mexican flag first and the American flag second. That shows where their hearts and loyalty lie. That protest only confirmed that.

White, black, red, yellow, or purple with pink polka dots has no bearing.

The Mexican culture intends to supplant the American culture in Republica Del Norte. Subterfuge is not a way to be a good American. The sad thing is that in the end this course is going to lead to civil war.

Countries are defined by borders, language, and culture.

The mistake is assuming that those groups represent the views of all illegals.

Countries are not defined by language. Many have multiple official languages. They are also not defined by culture. Multiple countries can share a single culture and one nation can be host to dozens of cultures. The only thing that defines a country are its borders and its ability to control those borders.

We need to control our borders. But we also need to welcome anyone that wants to come here and work hard. Make it easier to get here legally and trying it illegally won't be worth the effort. That we way know who's here, everyone pays their share, everyone gets the same protection. And if we expect them to blend into the American culture - which itself is an amalgam of all of its cultures, not just white christians - then we can't expect them to simply throw theirs away. If you don't like hearing spanish on the radio, avoid those stations. If you don't like reading ads in two languages, ignore the one you can't read.
 
Mistakes. One You assume I am white person . I am not. Two. You assume I am Christian. I am not. So now we are both wrong on many positions.

The Constitution of the United States is written in what language? How are people that can't comprehend English going to understand their rights? Seeing as the Constitution defines the laws of this country ,so it goes that language defines the country. Hispanics speak Spanish because they lost the languages of the original inhabitants. Aztecs, Incas, Mayans, what is left of those cultures?
The border is not being controlled.
The Culture is one of blending, not of multiple cultures in one country.

Multiculturalism is a misnomer. Look at France. They thought that multiculturalism was good for their country. All it has gotten them in there effort to have cheap labor is a subversive sub-culture that seeks to control them through intimidation. Sharia law is now a part of their laws, how long till they are bowing to the east?

Public schools and their teaching Multiculturalism does a disservice to the concept of a melting pot. We can try and fool ourselves with it, but in the end human nature will take control. One culture will always seek to be the dominant culture. That is the reason we have borders. Long ago my ancestors lost this land to the English. What one suggests with "diversity" in the end will result in "division".


Maybe a solution to this problem lies in Mexico becoming the 51st state. The boom in business would be huge. Good for both. The languages will blend in time out of necessity. Just as English has roots in Germanic and Spanish in Latin. We will speak a new language. We all want to live good lives and be as free as possible. I wish that the border was as open as our state borders in the USA. Is it possible that we can have a mutual colonization? Not likely... at least not without a fight. Would Mexico like to join us as a state? I wonder if any have proposed that idea?

Yes. Closing The Border for a short time might be what is needed. The truth is that too many people are coming in at once. We need more time to melt in with the new face of America. If Mexico has a governmental problem just as we do, there must be time to straiten these politicians up in our seats of power. If we can all get on the same sheet of music, we will all be able to make that wonderful future we all dream of.
 
We seem to have moved from the original subject

The subject was Mexican Nationals, armed, crossing into the US and running off the National Guard who were unarmed (which they shouldn't have been).
They should have had a 7.62 machinegun up on that observation point and
had orders to not fire upon unarmed illegal aliens but to kill when fired on.

It makes me more disgusted with they who run things in our country, the gutless swine. What would have happened when this was a strong country like under Teddy Roosevelt?

I'm sick of these things, and if you're not subjected to it on a daily basis. You have no idea how really bad it is out there.

The NG should have artillery out there, the mortars and howitzers. They should be able to shoot to kill anyone armed and presenting a threat to their safety.

How do you know those on the job site are illegal? Have you checked?

Would you be equally as hostile toward someone blasting country music or christian preaching at the same volume? I would hope so otherwise you are indeed claiming that those people, who may or may not be illegal, don't have the right to free speech like everyone else.

Yes, I've checked (I asked them outright) and I've been met with hostility for asking. They tell me they don't need green cards, this is Mexico and they're in their country.

The Border should be closed, walled, mined, and moated with Pirahna as far as I'm concerned. Our military should be out of the Middle East and put on the Border for the next couple of years being as Posse Commitatus has already been destroyed. They should have shoot to kill orders on EVERYONE, not just those armed. As long as American employers exploit these people, they're gonna just keep coming. If the government won't do something about it, it's time for civilians to do something about it, including going after owners of companies that employ illegals knowing full well their status.

Funny but sad, only two groups benefit from cheap labor the wealthy on this side and the same on the Mexican side.

We need a moratorium on all immigration for 3-5 years and then controlled immigration. We now have 300 million people and what small freedoms we have now will be gone completely in 25 years unless the flow is slowed.

In my opinion all things have an end and the golden goose is dying, American
should not cannot be a world cop and provider.

Absolutely not. Everyone benefits from cheap labor. You know that computer you're using right now? Virtually every component was assembled in third world Asian countries, more than one of them Communist. Cheap labor allows Americans to buy things at ridiculously low prices. Chances are a good chunk of the things in your home were Made in China. Everyone benefits from cheap labor. The problem is that we use everyone else's cheap labor instead of our own.

Yep, shoot 'em, gas 'em, whatever it takes to keep them from pooring in and/or attacking Americans. It won't take but a few days of that and we won't have a border problem anymore, then we can concentrate on deporting those that are here illegally without the porous border.

You can sympathize with their cause all you like, it's your right to do so, but I think it's obvious you haven't seen the true impact these people have here in So. Cal., ie. two Long Beach police officers shot by an illegal who had been deported 3 times already.

BTW, can I come by your house at 10pm - 6am playing the Sound of Music CD at the decibel level of a jet engine at takeoff? I'm sure you wouldn't have anything to say about it as it's my RIGHT to do so according to your logic? Yea, whatever!
