NFA news: Good news for IL residents

SBR's now allowed to C&R holders in IL!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Up until recently the state of IL has banned any SBRs from being owned by civillians. With recent legislation any C&R holder in the state can now own them (all NFA rules still apply).

There's a bunch more exemptions from being banned the ownership but here's the legislation for anyone stuck in IL and/or interested:

Seems like a convoluted, non sensical piece of legislation if I ever read one. Just what I expected from the state that gave us.........
