I recently got what I believe to be a good deal on a lightly used Para Ordnance P14. ($700 for the gun and 8 mags) and am wondering if there's anything to know about the Canadian paras. I recently function tested and it didn't seem to care what clip the ammo came from so I'm good there. I love the trigger and it shoots plenty straight for me (30 rounds in the 10 ring with three in the 9 at 15 yards from a standing position).

Anyway is there anything to look out for with the gun, failure points, weaknesses of any kind that you guys have found? Just like to know what to look out for in the future. Thanks in advance.
 
i have only heard of people having issues with magazines not feeding last round or two correctly.....which you can solve buy buying an aftermarket set of magazines i imagine

and maybe para has changed the mags now so who knows
