Picked up a BRNO #1 on Gunbroker. Came with the stock painted black (no idea why). I refinished it back to its original appearance and added a Leupold 1x4x20 scope. No too bad for a 65 year old 22 rifle. Shooting will come on Friday.

very nice... we have one passed down from FIL, with a darker walnut stock, engraved rings, & a high end scope, I forget the brand ( older American made, sounds German ) I think 4X

I've never had it out yet... I need to pull her off the wall, give her a rub down, & take her out on a date

any idea what years they made these ??? I'm assuming ours is maybe 60's vintage ???
