I just had someone tell me it's a state law in NY that only an FFL can ship a firearm to NY FFL dealer. I've ran into dealers in various states that "thought" this was a federal or state law and were mistaken, but I can't swear this is the case in New York. Does anyone know if I as a non New York resident can ship a firearm to a New York FFL?
