Interesting that this is a lawsuit... apparently no criminal charges have been filed, and no move to revoke the NRA charter in NY state. On one level this looks like an attempt to have the NRA spend even more money in court. The NYAG campaigned for office by saying she would go after the NRA. It will be interesting to see how the NRA responds.
