New X-Bolt

Just shot my new X-Bolt stainless with carbon fiber stock. Chambered in 300 win mag. I also have a A-Bolt II. I've never been scoped before and the new X-Bolt scoped me about five times today. Could that be just because it's a lighter rifle?

More likely to do with the eye relief of your scope or how it's mounted or how you are holding it or all or any part of the above. I am assuming by "scoped" you mean when you shoot, you get whacked in the forehead by your scope? :) I had to get stitched up from such an occurrence once several years ago...no fun. I just posted a thread about my new X bolt, hit enter and then saw yours. Small world, nice rifles :)

Thanks for your answers. I'm having the scope mount checked today. Its a Leupold that I have used for years and never had any problems. So Maybe it's the way it's mounted.
