The URL is defective, according to my browser (Firefox).
IT also produced a pop-up add, a rare thing, since Firefox has a pop-up blocker.

The error I think has to do with script, or Norton. Least-wise, I don't know how to repair it just yet. Am working on it. Thanks for the reply

You're right - the error message says that there is an error in the page's script. (Whatever that means)
