I have just been dry firing my new Taurus Tracker in 45 Colt, it has the 4" barrel. What a nice gun, not up to S&W in the P&R days but is a well built piece of machinery.
Initial feelings
feels great in my hand and points nicely with the sights lining up nicely with my eye.
It is smaller frame wise than my S&W Mod 66 by an 1/8 of an inch and has a tad bit more barrel than the 4" Smith.
nice small plastic box fits tight no wobble or clunking around.
I love the gripper grip but would like some nice wood for carry.
NO I have not had a chance to load up some round for it so I haven't taken it to the range. I do have some factory win silver tips but have not had time to go.
