New Toy from outside the PRK

I got a new CZ 85 Combat in Nickel. Picked it up yesterday. It is sweet! I haven't shot it yet but I will soon.

I moved to KY from California about 5 months ago. This is the first handgun I have purchased outside of CA. What a difference. No B.S. 10 waiting period, no tack on fees for background checks,etc. They did the NICS thing and that was it. Took 5 minutes.

I wanted to support local shops so I called a few and one special ordered it for me. Ordered it Thursday afternoon and it got here Monday.

It's such a refeshing experience compared to buying a gun in the PRK.

I slmost forgot, you can't even purchase a CZ 85 Combat in the PRK because it's not on the " approved list".
 
No 10-day waiting periods and you bought a NOT NOT UNSAFE gun?!?! There must be lots of crime over there!

Have you applied for US citizenship yet or are you still on the Green Card? You'll love living here in the US. But stay away from foriegn countries like Canada, NJ, NY and MA. ;)
