New (to me) P239

Well, I went by the lgs this morning just to buy a mag for my LC9s and just had to go and look in the cases and saw a used Sig P239 in 9mm. I thought it wouldn't hurt to just look at it since I had considered buying one of these in the past. Long story short....it came home with me and was just wondering how I did on price. $525 out the doors (not counting the other LC9s mag and a box of ammo. Like I said , it is the 9mm with two 8 rd mags, DA/SA and almost no wear on the finish. It's night sights need replacing but otherwise I can't see anything obviously wrong. Look forward to a range trip and believe I will like this one with the trigger pull and comfortable size.

Very good. I'm lucky too. Mine is .40, also night sights, glowing beautiful.
After all the specials $ 550. Maybe never fired.:D

Editing.
Mine is DAK. Frame made in Germany.

That's a nice price. I also have one but I bought it new so I took the 700+ hit. You will love the sa on this gun and accuracy.

Good gun and enjoy it.

If the Night Sights are Trijicon you can send the slide into trijicon and get them relamped for a lot less than new sights.

Post a range report when you can.

Thanks for that info WVsig but I don't see any indication they are trijicon. Only markings I see on them is numeral 8 on both front and rear.

WVsig, what are what they call Siglights? are those really just Trijicon?

Current Siglites are Meprolight night sights. Older ones were Trijicon IIRC. It will depend on the vintage of the gun in question.

Are these Sig factory sights? If so, would Sig be the one rather than trijicon to contact about re lamping them? Never thought about this procedure before so just wondering.

Pretty sure those are Meprolights Siglites because of the white dots on top. Call Sig they can tell you for sure.

To my knowledge only Trijicon relapse sights. Sig has a package where they change all your springs clean your gun and install new night sights for $149. Sometime they run specials for $99 or free shipping etc.... It is a pretty good deal when you catch one of the specials.
