Well, finally got my wood Monogrips from Hogue and man are they sweet looking. Feel good too! Tulipwood, a bit pricey, but beautiful and they fit my wife's hand better too!

That was strange, got the message saying my file was too large; so I cropped and reposted and zap, there the both of them are. OK, HERE is the tulipwood!;)

That's mighty pretty wood--and the kid looks like he'll be a shooter in due time, too.

The thing I like best about Hogue stocks is the slight shelf at the top. Since I can't very well unlearn all the years of bullseye shooting, I might as well enjoy a place to cock my thumb. Another thing I like about Hogue stocks is that they always fit. I don't care for the company's checkering, but I've never bought a pair of Hogue stocks that didn't fit perfectly.

Yes, I placed the order on their web site, got them within 10 days.
The little guy will have people influencing his shooting future, his Dad and Granpa, so i think we'll get the message across;)

Yeah, the grips fit very nicely, the only complaint I have about Hogue, is that they don't make a pair that will fit my Taurus 627.
