New Stock for my 870...

I met up with a friend today to get some coffee and somehow we ended up going to our local firearms dealer.

I did not intend on purchasing anything, but when my dealer showed me the Spec-Ops Stock, I could not resist! I can't wait to try it out next weekend!

You'll absolutely love the Spec-Ops stock. I was able to get quicker follow up shots with the Spec-Ops than I did with the factory stock. My shoulder thanked me too!

can it be ajusted?? if so i would like to put one on my 870 does it make it shorter than stock?????

Yes, the Spec Ops is adjustable. I have one on my 870 also and it works great.

I recently took the 870 to the range, and I must say, the recoil is light for a pistol grip stock. The original Speedfeed Stock I had worked fine, but the Spec Ops works better! I am definately happy with my purchase!

I never really liked the look of AR parts on a shotty but I might try one simmiliar to that if I can find one that fits flush like the ones on the FN police models.

Cabela's had the Spec Op's stock for 120 bucks, and Cheaper than Dirt had it for $112. CTD wouldn't mail it to me since they said it violates the ban NY has on collapsable stocks, but when I informed them the ban did not apply to shotguns and forwarded them the link, they said "oops, you're right" but by then I already ordered it from Cabela's.
