I went to the LGS today with my brother and dad, and they recently got in a new SP101 in 22. I've been eyeing these new models ever since they came out. So I jokingly sent my wife a text asking her if she needed a new revolver for Easter(she has actually checked one of these out at the store before and commented how she likes it). She replies back, "that would be awesome, but you better take me shooting then." Well I didn't think about it too long. Of course we(brother, dad, niece, my son, but not my wife) took it out to the range today to try it out. I can't give it to her without knowing it works properly
! When I got home she asks "did you get my gun?" I said "no, I thought you were joking".
Seems to be a good shooter, but didn't do any real accuracy tests yet. Got it all cleaned up to put in her Easter basket tomorrow.
