I bought a Benelli Vinci. This is my first autoloader. Do I need to do anything
to it before I shoot it the first time? Should I clean it, oil it, any suggestions?

Definitely clean it before you shoot it.

I bought my mav 88 and was so excited, I went to the range right after and after about 20 shells it started jamming. I knew it was because I didnt clean it out before shooting it.

Went home, stripped, cleaned, and lubed it up and went to the range a few days later. Put 25 shells through it no problem, couldnt have shot any smoother.

Have fun with it!

Congratulations on your new Benelli, may it perform beyond your expectations.

As mentioned, just follow the manual and take plenty of ammo.

You got good advice...

For what its worth on my Benelli Super Sport - I use Break Free on the receivers rails ( where the bolt assembly rides ) - and I use Break Free on all the bolt components. On the barrel to receiver connection - and on the choke tube threads in the barrel and on the chokes themselves, I use Break Free there as well.

I spray a "little bit" of light oil - Rig Oil, Rem Oil whatever you have on the Trigger Group springs.

Periodically, I run a patch with some solvent into the magazine / then lube it "lightly" with a little spray oil on a clean patch - and put it back together.

Congratulations on a nice gun / hope you have a lot of fun with it.
