New Shotgun!!

Just got a new Norinco N870 rem 14" 12 gauge shotgun. But I cant help but think about the barrel all the time its only 14 inches. Too short? Or is short good? Leave some opinions for me .. Thanks!
By The Way I live in Canada.
 
You may or may not be legal with that length of barrel. Last i checked that would be a restricted gun up here.
 
False. A factory configuation, or manufactured/factory replacement barrel can be any length as long as the OAL is greater than 26". They remain non-restricted. Dlask arms makes a 8" barrel. :D

Congrats on your new purchase. ;) I dropped by Mcbrides for the first time today...like a kid in a candy store! I can't belive I got out of there without spending ANY money. My lip still hurts from biting it.
