Glockstar .40

So I was able to find the new shield .45 and couldn't pass it up. I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet but first impressions:
1. Barely bigger then my shield 9mm...which is nice because that's been my primary carry gun for a couple years now.
2. The stippling on the grip is nice and gritty. It feels really good holding it in my hand. I'm hoping the stippling will help with recoil since it's barely bigger then my 9mm.
3. Mag capacity is 6&7+1 rounds.
4. Loading magazines- HOLY GEEZ started struggling after 3 rounds but I'm too prideful to give up so although it cost me a blister on my thumb I was able to get both mags fully loaded....hopefully that will loosen up
5. Trigger feels pretty good actually...a little bit of take up but a crisp break and an audible reset
As a pretty big fan of the shield I'm pretty excited about getting my hands on one and can't wait to get some range time with it.
