depends upon what you are going to spend, naturally enough. If I were going to varmint the rig out, I would be looking at a 10X scope at minimum, and any hunts under low light I would want a very high quality 40mm objective, or a decent lower priced 50mm objective. I'm not exactly made of money, so I tend to go with Simmons top of the line products, but if I had more room, would want to go to a Burris or Lupold.
