New rifle help with MOA adjustments

I just purchased a remington 5r, I'm purchasing a Vortex viper 6-24 pst with moa\moa. I plan on zeroing it at 200. What adjustments would I need for 3-1000 yards as far as MOA adjustments on the scope. I plan on shooting Federal 168 smk bullets. I have a 20 moa base on the rifle, so I will have enough internal adjustments on the scope. I realize it may not be exact, but just something close would help. Thanks

Generally speaking for Federal GMM. The come ups would be about
3-4 minutes to 300 yards
11-12 more to 600 yards.
and 22 more to 1000 yards. Of course YMMV.

jbmballistics.com can give you that information. It will allow you to put in the temperature and altitude, both which can cause noticeable changes.

Using their trajectory calculater and settings of .308 bullet diameter, BC of .462 (got that at Sierra's website), muzzle velocity of 2700fps, 59* and 1000ft of altitude, it kicked back:

Dist IN MOA
100 2.0 1.9
200 -0.0 -0.0
300 -8.4 -2.7
400 -24.3 -5.8
500 -49.0 -9.4
600 -84.1 -13.4
700 -131.5 -17.9
800 -193.4 -23.1
900 -272.7 -28.9
1000 -372.5 -35.6

Friends don't let friends shoot 168's at 1K, the bullets generally go squirrely around 800. But you won't know for sure until you try it in your rifle.
