Just bought one of these yesterday. Do any of you know anything about
this model? It looks like someone tried to de-farb the one I bought. I will
post pictures of mine later. This is from the Euroarms web site. Mine is this
model I think. It matches these specs. Ought to be a good shooter with
this kind of fast twist barrel. Anybody knowwhat these cost new?

SS Firearms lists the Euroarms Remington at $240+S&H. I really like them for their lighter frames an smaller grips. Next best fit for me is the Uberti Remingtons.

You'll Injoy

I've been buying Pietta 1858s since 1989 and never looked back. I have the target model and one with the 5.5"barrel and the last one is just like the one in your pic. They shoot better than most center fire revolver. I like the fit of the grips on there models to. Pietta has come a long way. I bought Two 60s and two 51s. I've looked at other brands but why pay more when you don't have to. I believe you'll be happy with it. Don't forget a second cylinder. Cabelas has there Remingtons on sale for around $200.00. Have fun be safe injoy.

I found that the difference in price between a Euroarms 1858 Remington with or without the Lothar Walther barrel was approximately 58 Euros which is equal to $79.11 USD.

The original new price was about $300 - $320 with the Walther barrel.
The current new price of an 1858 with the standard Euroarms barrel is $240 at SS Firearms.
The models having a Lothar Walther barrel are stamped with a large "N".
