New Remmington 710 30-06

Seen in the new shooting times Remmington is coming out with a 30-06 bolt action with a Bushnell 3x9 scope for under $400.00 sounds to to be true. Are these rifles on the market yet? If so has anyone had the pleasure of checking one out?
I think I would be interested in one but I would like to have a little more info on this rifle.

There is a pretty good article in the current (April) "Guns & Ammo"; given the groups they got, it sounds like a reasonable deal. Long-term durability? Dunno. Dunno when they'll be on the shelves.

They have them on the shelf here in San Antonio. $399 with scope. I didn't like them myself. They just felt cheap to me. However, I like that newbies can get a decent rifle to start with without breaking the bank. It is hard to get a new person shooting when they have to spend a bunch just to get started.
