New Regulations for Gunsmiths

Did anyone see the executive order that POS in the white house issued on July 22? With everybody watching Killary, it was one of those late Friday afternoon moves that was designed to slip by everyone. Might want to check it out.

I have seen 3 "sources" of this.
1) The Controversial Times
2) The Truth About Guns
3) NRA

Have been researching this, and several other "reported" executive orders. I have not as yet found anywhere where there is actually an executive order as such. Have read up to, and including Executive order#13733(which was written on 7/22 and published on 7/27).
I have found nothing from #13734 upwards.
Although I will admit that it may not have been officially published yet.
