Seems they (Lee) have a new primer tray design for the loadmaster that holds the primers back and fixes the issue with having to use or make a tool to prevent clogging while reattaching a new tray of primers.

Im thinking about time. Plus it was a surprise when i got it because i had no idea they made a new design. What i ordered and what i received was different and I'm exited to try it out.

Forgive my post if this is old news.

Anyhow i just ran 200 10mm lpp through with no hiccups. The design is easy and seems to flip primers up easy than the old tray the feeder also has a tighter fit and it looks like there may have been a design change.

Im wondering if they upgraded the feeder again. If anyone has one of the new ones, please chime in and tell me what you think. Pros and cons and if it seems like the feeder is also different. If so hows it doing for you?

Lee did not promote the new trays at all for whatever reason, which is really weird??? But they are pretty awesome when you get used to them. They are so much easier to add trays of primers as they are big enough now, and seem to flip the primers faster when you shake them. I have 4, and already put cellphone vibrators on each. DO NOT LOVE the fold over crap though, wish they'd just done the same tray as the ergo-prime?

Thanks for posting this. I had not seen the new tray design before. I've only had my Loadmaster since December, but getting the primer tray inserted without having primers flip or jam takes some practice and frankly a little luck. I believe I will have to look into getting one of these.
