Rough translation of Russkie Cyrillic characters.

MP-448 Scyphian (9x18M) and Scyphian Mini (9x17), 12 and 10 round caps. respectively.

It appears to be a top-break .357 Magnum--maybe with a polymer frame and barrel shroud?
