This reminds me of Russia's treatment of prominent people who openly opposed them.

It didn't. It's fake. It's a spoof, a jest, a joke, a lampoon, a deception, a wise-crack, even a prank.

But of course it's being spread around by the Anti-Government Phobics because it's so easy for people to villify psychology and anything else they don't understand.
