Keep in mind, your Model 59 isn't something that was accurized. Austin Behlert did some custom work on early Smith autos, with mods like threaded bushings, but work like that goes back to the early 70's.
If you want something that shares a very similar platform AND is incredibly accurate- find a clean used model 52.

As other forum members have stated, the s&w model 39/39-2/59/5902 were not well suited for hot-rodding & thus an after-market demand for precision replacement barrels, did not materialize.
